President Donald Trump is paying females who work for him in the White House far less than what their male counterparts are making, providing only 80 cents for every dollar guys

are making. Previously he has said that ladies “will make the very same if they do as good a job. “Trump must not think they’re doing as great a job then according to an analysis on the White House’s yearly report to Congress.According to an analysis of wage info for all of the White House’s 377 staffed employees, the average salary for a man has to do with $104,000 a year, making it $20,000 higher than ladies who are only averaging incomes of about $84,000.

This is even higher (although not by a lot) than the national average being reported by the United States Labor Department, which says that females in the US make about 82 cents for each dollar a man made in 2016.

One reason for this pay space comes from Trump not employing females to fill enough senior functions in his administration.Only 6 of the leading greatest paying 22 tasks are presently held by them: senior consultant Kellyanne Conway; director of communications for the office of public liaison Omarosa Manigault; Assistant to the President and director of tactical interactions Hope Hicks; deputy nationwide security advisor Kathleen McFarland; deputy nationwide security consultant for method Dina Powell; and chief of staff to the First Lady Lindsay Reynolds. The other factor is that Trump is hiring more women for lower-ranking tasks.

Half the males operating at the White Home make$95,000 or more each year, while half the women$70,100 or less. While it’s true the Obama administration was criticized for having a gender pay gap as well, the fact

is it was not by nearly as much, and it was significantly higher than the national average. So far in Trump’s administration, he has yet to make gender pay an issue, however his daughter Ivanka as soon as voiced her support for it.
