Trump Humiliated After Major Error On SOTU Tickets Make Him Look Like A Big Failure

When creating flyers, programs, handouts, etc., it’s extremely important to proofread. One of the greatest inventions and gifts to man is spell check, which is basically integrated into every digital element in our lives. However, it’s only useful if you use it.

We’ve all been aware that “President” Donald Trump is not the greatest at spelling, and he’s entertained us endlessly with typo-laden tweets. However, Republicans took it a step further with an extremely embarrassing typo that’s sure to keep us laughing.

The State of the Union address given by the president to members of Congress is one of the more important days and is looked forward to by many. Though some may protest the event, many others will tune in to watch Trump talk about the state of America after his first year in office. You can fully expect him to pat himself on the back continuously and talk about how he’s made America great again.

Tickets to such an event are probably saved by the guest of House members, and if they are, they’ll get to save one doozy of a typo. According to , the official tickets for the event read:

‘115th Congress Address to the Congress on the State of the Uniom President Donald J. Trump’

If you still didn’t notice the error, the word union is spelled “uniom.” It’s an easy error to make. The two keys are side by side. Everyone makes this error. Anyone who proofreads what they write, however, would see it and fix it.

Oh please…

We have to give credit to the White House. They aren’t the ones responsible for printing the tickets.

‘The sergeant-at-arms is responsible for printing the tickets, according to another source who confirmed the authenticity of the tickets.’

The spokesperson for the sergeant-at-arms has not responded to requests for comment.

Even more embarrassing, the mistake is actually holding up distribution of the tickets.

Though the White House isn’t responsible for this mistake, we can’t help but bring up the times Trump has screwed up on Twitter. Back in 2016, Trump tweeted:

‘China steals United States Navy research drone in international waters – rips it out of water and takes it to China in unpresidented act.’

via Snopes.

Before he was elected, he tweeted out this erroneous tweet.

‘Ted Cruz is totally unelectable, if he even gets to run (born in Canada). Will loose big to Hillary. Polls show I beat Hillary easily! WIN!’

He also regularly misspelled President Barack Obama’s name.

And who could forget the day of covfefe?

Trump isn’t the only one with issues, however. His own lawyer released a statement that was full of errors including one major one in the first sentence.

‘I am Marc Kasowitz, Predisent Trump’s personal lawyer.’

People do make mistakes, of course. However, when you’re drawing up the tickets for an extremely important event such as the State of the Union address, a quick look over doesn’t hurt especially when it’s for a president who regularly makes idiotic mistakes on his own.
