Trump chooses White Home attorney to D.C. appellate court

President Trump revealed on Thursday that he has nominated White Home lawyer Gregory G. Katsas to sit on the prominent U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia. Katsas, 52, served on the Justice Department’s shift team prior to becoming the right-hand guy of White Home counsel Donald McGahn after the inauguration this year.
