“I think we have actually produced a great deal of value in the US economy. All the IT market in general is responsible for
huge amount of value production in US and its economy. I believe the Prime Minister, among other things on his program, will also communicate that. Obviously, we are deeply committed to the US economy in various types,” he stated on the sidelines of Infosys’ 36th annual general conference here.Sikka was reacting to an inquiry if Modi’s see to the United States will restore Indian IT industry to some extent.To another
inquiry on the readiness of the company for Item and Solutions Tax (GST) rollout, Sikka said there are concerns since of the enormity of the job. He, nevertheless, radiated self-confidence that
Infosys will be doing its finest working on it.
